breaking news from napa, a wind driven brush fire has broken. the good news is crews are making progress on containment. katie marzullo is in the newsroom with new information. >> it is go news from the command center. the winds have died down this morning but, still, it is the wind that is pushing the flames. you could be thinking of the rain and napa got the rain but the wind is drying out the moisture. the fire now 50 percent contained and has burned 350 acres and broke out at 9:30 last night. grass, brush, and oakland trees are burning and there are lots of little canyons making for steep access in some areas which is difficult for firefighters. right now, people are out of their homes before midnight authorities evacuated the areas of chimney rock, shady oak and ridge drive and the sheriff department says that is a rural area, 50 homes where 30 to 40 people leaving. an elderly man needed help getting out. he is okay and everyone who wanted to leave is out of harm's way. if you have plans in the area, soda canyon road is closeed. the red cro
